As the world is facing the outbreak of COVID-19, we wish to reassure you that the safety and health of our guests and colleagues is our top priority.
Standards outlined in our Safety COVID 19 Program have implemented stringent cleaning protocols. Further physical distancing initiatives will continue to include the integration of contactless booking, check in and check outs, and barrier implementation where possible while still remaining true to our core hospitality values.
Same but a little different
We’ve changed small details about your arrival to minimize physical contact with people and public surfaces, while providing a safe and welcoming experience.
All rooms and suites are super spring cleaned, sanitized before you arrive.
We’re upping the cleaning levels and adding extra sparkle to public or frequent contact spaces. Including Reception, The Lobby, Entrance, Handrails, Bathrooms, and Seating Areas.
Extra – stringent cleaning protocols have been implemented between each guest stay and high frequency cleaning of all public spaces throughout the day.
PET POLICY
Blue Sands Inn allows registered guests to bring two dogs with them during their stay in our pet-friendly rooms. We love all pets, but dogs are the only four-legged guests we accommodate unless otherwise noted. Guests must have a valid credit card on file for their reservation in case of damages. A NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning fee of $25.00 per night, per dog will be charged to the card on file. Guests must take their dogs with them when they leave the premises. There will be a $250.00 fee added to your guest folio should your dog be left alone in the room.
We understand that your dog is typically quiet and well behaved, but in an unfamiliar place, your pet may react differently than at home and bark, scratch furniture, etc. Should your room need extra cleaning or if damages are noted as a result of your pet, we will notify you and add an extra cleaning/damage fee to your room charges.
Our top priority is the safety of all our guests. To accomplish this, we ask you to please abide by the following rules, and be mindful of our other guests:
Never leave your dog unattended in the room.
Keep your dog on a leash in the common areas, and clean up after them.
